World War Two German Helmet M-40 single decal. Nice original helmet. Decal is excellent. It is an army decal. The gold tone is from the lacquer applied with the decal. the Liner is original to the helmet and in excellent condition. Liner has never been taken out of the helmet. The name Bill appears to have been written on the front of the helmet many years ago. The chinstrap is original but the stitching on the buckle end has been repaired by hand in recent years.
