Early WW-2 German Police Shako. Condition is excellent, the all black Shako was before the green felt shako. The body is vulcanfibre with a heavy coat of black lacquer. This would be a mid to late 30's vintage shako however the cockade that sticks above the shako is 43 dated indicating it has been replaced.
